Seating & Reservations
Please call ahead for reservations. You may pay on the bus! If you cannot make reservations, please remember our seating is done on a first come-first serve basis. We will try to honor any request for special seating but will not guarantee the availability. For more information or to make a reservation, please call our office at (914) 788-1000. Cancellations
If you cannot keep your reservation, or need to re-schedule your day, we ask that you give us a call to let us know before the trip, as we will be able to release those seats for other passengers.
Regulations
1. Walk-ons are accepted on the day of the trip, provided enough seats are available.
2. The motor coach will leave each stop at it's scheduled time. It is your responsibility to be ready to board 10 minutes prior to departur time.
3. Exact fare is recommended, drivers do not make change. Discount coupons must be presented at the time of ticket purchase. Aby ticket sales made on board are strictly "cash only", no exemptions.
4. Smoking, alcohol, or any illegal contraband is absolutely prohibited aboard our vehicles.
5. Hudson Valley Charter Service will not be held resposible for any lost or damaged property left behind. Baggage is handled only at passengers own risk.
6. Hudson Valley Charter Service will not be held responsible for changes in any casino bonus package. Bonuses are subject to change without notice.
7. It is each individual's responsibility to return to the motor coach on time. We cannot hold up the schedule at any point and will depart without you, leaving you to provide for your own transportation. No refunds or comps will be issued to these tickets. Additional ticket fares will be charged for irregular tickets (e.g.-overnights, split bus trips or missed bus returns).
8. No shows will be responsible for the entire ticket price per individual.
9. Hudson Valley Charter Service endeavor to utilize secure parking areas, however cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages accuring in these areas.
10. Hudson Valley Charter Service will not be held responsible for any delays in transportation due to forces beyond our control.
